Missing BB Editor on only one page

  • I am testing Astra, loaded a clean install of WP, loaded Astra, then selected one of their Astra Sites that uses BB.

    All looks terrific. I was updating the sample pages that came with the Astra Site, and on one of them, and only one page, the BB Editor is missing at the top of the page. So I am not able to edit the page any longer.

    I looked at the Java console for that page, and this is the error I get:

    Thanks for posting!

    If it’s only happening on a single page, it’s quite possible your site is reaching the memory limit while rendering the contents of the page.

    Can you try getting in touch with your hosting? They should be able to bump up the memory limit for you. ??

    Jumping in to say I encountered this same issue, only on one page, and it turned out to be a PHP error in a (custom) module. For any future debuggers reading this, take a quick peek at your PHP error log to rule that out, too.
