Missing $before_widget and $after_widget

    Hello,
    After 5-6 hours nonstop coding, i have a problem. Checked my syntax a few times, but still i couldn’t find my mistake.

    (this codes from my themes functions.php file)

    This is my sidebar and widget codes. I’m putting LastPosts widget to Top Widget Area . But there isn’t <div class="top-header-widget-box"><div class="top-header-widget-inner-box"> before widget. $before_widget $after_widget, $before_title, $after_title variables are null.

    Can you see any problem?
