Missing blueprint.json from 4.64.2 download

Your most recent check-in to the www.ads-software.com SVN server is inconsistent. The checksum https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin-checksums/user-role-editor/4.64.2.json contains a blueprint.json file. However, when you download the zip archive, the file is missing.
This causes a verification error when you run wp plugin verify-checksums user-role-editor (which my server does periodically to detect file corruption or hacks).
