Missing Buttons on Ultimate Member Registration Form

    Hello,

    I’ve encountered an issue on my website where the buttons on the Ultimate Member registration form are not displaying. This includes the terms and conditions checkbox and the register button itself. The problem persists even after disabling all other plugins, including a GDPR compliance plugin, to rule out any conflicts.

    I’ve checked the console for errors and found several CSS and JavaScript warnings, but none that clearly point to the cause of this issue. Specifically, I see messages about content blocking, deprecated CSS properties, and JavaScript errors indicating that elements are not found.

    I’ve cleared the cache and confirmed that no ad blockers are active. I suspect the issue may have arisen following a recent WordPress update. Could anyone provide insights or suggest further troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue?

    Hello @vectorgoals,

    Try to disable the Privacy Policy field. Go to wp-admin > Ultimate Member > Forms > Default Registration and select “No” in the “Enable on this form” setting. Save changes and look at the registration form.

    Can you see buttons if the Privacy Policy field is disabled? If yes, then the problem is in the content of the Privacy Policy page. Maybe this page contains a form or iframe. Create a copy of the Privacy Policy page without forms and iframes to use it in the registration form.
