Missing Check Mark in the Commission

Hi @lalarnz, sorry to see this. It seems like the “Administrator” of the site doesn’t have the full capability.

So, please get in touch with your server admin and ask them to provide you with all the capability, especially read/edit the private post.

There is some capability missing of the admin, that is why you are facing this issue in your site.

I have all the capabilities checked here:

@lalarnz, it seems like you are using some user role editor plugin for admin role. Please make sure you are not using any such plugin to modify the role.

Make sure you have all the capabilities of the “Super Admin” of the site.

Hi @lalarnz, may we know what permission issue was that, this can help out other users also.

Our site uses Capability Manager. I tried installing User Role editor and make sure that it matched the role declared on that other plugin. Then started working.
