The website is not live so cannot link to the page but have attached screenshots showing the issue.

I changed the standard checkout page to one created by woocommerce blocks. I added the block and changed nothing on it as layout was great. Only issue is the circles surrounding tick boxes etc are all missing UNTIL after you click on it.

For example, I have two shipping options and both just show as text until you click on one and then the circles on the left of the options appear and the one you chose/clicked has a dot-mark in it. Same with terms – there is just text until you click on it and then the tick section on the left appears.

I know to click on the options but customers wont realise so I really need these to show up before the customer chooses an option (screenshots explain it better).

The worst part is payment – card info all highlighted but Paypal optin is just text and customers (nor I) know where to click or how to activate that payment method.

    Shows missing checkboxes – https://snipboard.io/hk2WjP.jpg

Circles/checkboxes appearing after selecting delivery option https://snipboard.io/0RVB8a.jpg

Tick for terms only appearing after you click on the text (above shows paypal with no option to do anything) https://snipboard.io/p9rtX4.jpg

I can put the site live for a short while if you need to see what I mean.

    Thanks for any help

    Hello pudpud,

Thank you for reaching out to WooCommerce support and providing screenshots of the issue you’re experiencing with the checkout page when using WooCommerce blocks.

Based on your description, it appears that some CSS styling for the Checkout Block is being overwritten, which is causing the circles around tick boxes to be absent until they are clicked.

I recommend checking the checkout page by temporarily switching to a default theme, such as StoreFront, to see if the issue persists. This will help us determine if the issue is theme-related.

Additionally, could you please provide me with a copy of your site’s System Status Report? This will give us a better overview of your setup and could help identify any conflicts.

    To obtain this report:
    1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status.
    3. Select ‘Get system report’ and then click on ‘Copy for support’.

Once you’ve copied the report, you can paste the text into a new Gist at https://gist.github.com. After saving the Gist, please share the Gist link here in your reply.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. I am here to help you resolve this as quickly as possible. ??

    Best regards.
