Missing class=”quantity” when min and max are the same

This page is not like a Product Page, in a Classic form.

When the “Quantity Options” Minimum and Maximum are not the same. Then we can see the class=”quantity” feild on the product page and basket page. However, when they are the same the class=”quantity” feild is missing.
