Missing content editor tools after restored a failed domain moving

  • The part of the posting page where you give style to the post and content is showing like a plain text page hmlt with no CSS style, missing all the options.

    As well after the restorauration because of the hoster (checkdomain.de) fail domain moving there a part at the top right that in German different than the of the WP language (spanish)

    I have to fix this.
