Missing Credential Fields

    While viewing the settings page the only field under API Settings is USPS User ID so we cannot enter anything but the user ID. Both the fields under Advanced Options show.

    USPS Live Rate plugin needs only your USPS User ID to work properly. Please, try to provide this credential on your Settings page and let me know if everything works fine and the live rates are available.
