Missing CSS File in Astra Theme Version 4.8.7

In version 4.8.7 of the Astra theme, the file “dashboard-app-rtl.css” has been removed from the following path: astra/admin/assets/build/dashboard-app-rtl.css
This issue is causing layout problems and misalignment in the theme’s configuration panel settings. The absence of this file affects the proper rendering of the dashboard in RTL (Right to Left) mode, as demonstrated in the attached screenshots.
