I went back to 3.0.4 and it fixed it.

Exactly same issue with my site. I went back to 3.0.4 and everything works fine now.

I have this same issue – can someone tell me how to roll back to 3.04 ?

If I remember correctly, I renamed woocommerce plugin folder to woocommerce-OLD via CPanel (can be done via FTP) and created new woocommerce folder with unzipped 3.0.4 files.
Then I copied my modified .php files from woocommerce-OLD to woocommerce.
