Missing customize image sizes panel in the customizer

    Hi,

    I noticed that Customize Image Sizes panel disappeared from Customizer.

    ( I mean

    li.customize-control-woocommerce_thumbnail_image_width

    li .customize-control-woocommerce_single_image_width elements)

    How I can bring it back please?

    I did a test disabling all plugins. The issue persists when only one Woocommerce plugin is active.

    I use Storefront theme. So I deleted all custom css and tried to reinstall Woocommerce, Storefront and WordPress. Nothing helps.

    I noticed that Customize Image Sizes panel disappeared from Customizer.

    Checking this setting on my personal site, I am seeing the same settings as this screenshot. It was also discussed in this support documentation: WooCommerce Customizer – Manage Store Notice, Catalog View and Product Images

    I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    I’m figured it out. It is okay for Storefront. Looks like I had a plugin additional which displayed these settings. But now it’s deactivated.

    Thanks for providing an update!

    To provide a bit of context on this, you will not find the?Thumbnail Width?or?Main Image Width?configuration settings with Storefront by default, as those settings are already defined by the theme. Since it’s predefined, those settings are removed from the Customizer.

    Since you have managed to identify that a plugin you had installed on your site to enable these options, was deactivated, I will go ahead and mark this thread as resolved then, however, feel free to create a new topic should you need any further help!
