Missing Czech characters in words in order

    Great plugin :-). Unfortunately, now I do not display Czech characters correctly in my incoming order, for example I will see uve_te_pros_m_zna_ku (correctly is:uve?te prosím zna?ku). Where is the mistake? Thank you.
