Missing Dashboard folder and files

The dashboard is located in https://your-site-domain/cmdownload/dashboard
What do you mean by files ?

I did not receive the dashboard file that you are talking about.

I tried installing it twice and I found no dashboard file or dashboard folder.

Please advise.

No sure what you mean by dashboard file. There is a dashboard templet inside views/frontend. If you are using the plugin while loged in you should be able to see the links I have described above
