Hi @newki75 it appears you have both Matomo Plugins. Can you remove the WP-Matomo integration plugin. As this is a tracking connector.

Regarding the archiving error. Can you please confirm.

• Where do you check visits? in our plugin or in the Matomo connected to the WP-Matomo plugin
• Can you confirm if you get an error when running “Matomo Analytics > Diagnostics > Troubleshooting > Archive reports”
• if you have any errors in your PHP errors log
• if you have visits in your visitor logs for this period
• I would also suggest for you to add the following constant in your wp-config.php file:

define('MATOMO_SUPPORT_ASYNC_ARCHIVING', false);
