    Hi support,

I noticed my website, lifeinbrunswickcounty.com, is missing Jetpack stats data from late-May/early-June when, the time when I published the website. How do I get the Stats data back?

    Thanks, Peter

Hey Peter, thanks for reaching out about that!
Did you connect Jetpack as soon as you launched the site, or after a couple of weeks you launched?

I’m asking that as if Jetpack wasn’t connected with the site in late-May/early-June, the stats are missing because Jetpack couldn’t fetch stats at when it’s disconnected from the site.
If it was connected, though, I can investigate it further for you. Did you change site URL by any chance during that time?

Look forward to your reply, and thanks for sorting this out with me!

    Hi Stef,

Okay after further investigation… I do see the stats when I log into the website backend and view the information in the admin dashboard. However, when I go to look in my WordPress.com account (where I can toggle through my sites) those dates I mentioned aren’t showing. Any idea of what’s going on?

    Hey Peter!

Glad to hear you can actually see the stats in your wp-admin ??

I checked your stats on the WordPress.com dashboard and I can see them. I wonder whether it’s a matter of web browser or a blocker in your machine, perhaps.

Can you try checking the same dashboard through another web browser, and or another machine (also a mobile should work, as long as you use a different web browser; you may also want to check that from the app!).

Try also deactivating the browser extensions to rule out any clashes on there, and let me know how it goes!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so we’re going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, please start a new thread.

It really wasn’t resolved. the issue was that the stats weren’t populating when switching between Day, Week, and Month tabs. Reloading the page showed the complete stats, but using the tabs continues to miss data.

Did you try following the steps @erania-pinnera recommended?

If so, and you’re still having an issue, please deactivate, delete, and re-install the Jetpack plugin. Then, try reconnecting it to WordPress.com.

Afterwards, if you are still having a problem, let us know, and we can take the next troubleshooting step, once we get more feedback.
