    Hello,

    I first approached you guys, was then asked to contact JustHost who hold my site and after contacting them I was told to approach NextGen. They said it was a WordPress issue, so I am back here trying to get this issue resolved.

    It would be helpful if I could include a screengrab of the missing dialogue boxthat the website designed sent me to allow me to update as and when required.

    Hi @simcam68,

    We do apologize but checking your other thread it doesn’t look like that’s a default NextGen Gallery feature since our plugin never had a Before and After feature or an associated to it checkbox. I am assuming that it was custom added to your site specifically using a customization or via a third party addon.

    Our recommendation for you is to reach to addon owner or contact the developer to see if they can offer you any help.
