Missing directories and files

    Hello,

    need some help with the plugin.
    I create .wpress backup export and I thought it was all done the right way. After I uploaded export in new domain / website, I noticed that and extra directory called downloads (which belongs to my website) is missing and the same is, for example, for Google domain verification HTML file.

    So backup is not complete.
    And I followed all needed step. I think.
    What should I do?

    Hi

    All in One WP Migration backups everything that is under [WordPress]/wp-content/ directory. If you have files/directories outside that folder, you may need to copy them manually via FTP/SFTP.
