Missing display of anything

  • This does not seem to be reported by anyone else.

    I really only use this plugin to count visitors, and using a shortcode on a page does show that count.

    But Statistics > Overview from the dashboard hangs and doesn’t show any results at all in any of the individual panels. Likewise displaying stats as a screen option in the dashboard hangs and shows no results.

    Version 14.0.2; WP 6.2 (also in 6.1.1); php 7.4; Weaver Xtreme theme; same on three different sites.

    Has anyone else noticed this? It is rather dramatically obvious.

    Chrome browser. Not solved by deleting browser cache. Same from a different computer/browser.

    Well. I have found a workaround. Up until a recent version of the plugin I have ticked to count Visitors but not Visits. Now I must tick both to get any displays of any stats either in the plugin or the dashboard.

    That is a change to the plugin behaviour.
