Missing download_id or version_id

    Site has multiple languages. When i create download item for NL it works fine, if i create for EN i get a 404 on the downloadlink:
    https://www.elmatechnology.com/download/mmiso/?tmstv=1698590309
    In the admin-ajax.php return data is message: {“success”:false,”data”:”Missing download_id or version_id”}

    If i change language to NL on this download item it also works. If i change it back to EN it is not working anymore.

    For example: mmiso

    Any idea?

    Can you please go to your dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > and save without changing anything.

    Can you please let me know what translation plugin are you using so we investigate this on our end as well? It seems as if that download is missing. Is it translated to English as well?

    hi. we have WPML.

    The download is only translated for english.

    Can you please let us know how you are displaying the downloads on that page? Are you doing it using their shortcodes? If you do, are you displaying different shortcodes for NL downloads and different ones for EN downloads?
