    We did a quick look of your store & the child/custom theme detected on your store & as we have mentioned in the description & FAQs, the free version is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.

    Hi,
    Its not a custom theme, we have made only small changes in designing. We have tested so many times, it works fine in our case but sometime does not track record for the clients.I checked it on both mobile and desktop.Can you tell me reason of this anomaly behaviour.

    Hi,

    Your store is having the “Betheme Child” theme & when the store is having the child theme sometimes it overrides the standard Woocommerce functionality which needs to be identified from the backend which takes a good amount of time. Additionally, your store is having the variable products as well, it might be one of the reason.
