    Hello,

My website crashed few days ago, I mean, I couldn’t have access to my dashboard. PlanetHoster helped me to get it back but now my issue is that some pages or element on my website are compromised or lost (like I don’t have my contact window anymore, all my clients testimonies as well…)

Do you know how I can get it back ?
    Thank you,

    Emmanuelle

    A few suggestions:

*check to see if all plugins that were previously installed and active are still installed and activated.

*check in the database to be sure all pages, posts and testiminials are still available. the database is available in the area of your PlanetHoster webhosting account called “PHPMYADMIN”.

*ask PlanetHoster if they restored a previous version of your site database and files during the time they were helping you to “get it back”. if the previous version of your site did not include the “missing pages or elements” then restoring a previous version would exclude the “missing pages or elements” too

*I can see that Elementor page builder plugin is in use, *maybe* a setting was changed that is preventing some elements from being displayed. Start a topic for Elementor support team: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/elementor/

*be sure all Caches have been cleared (not sure if you have any Caching plugins or if PlanetHoster has caching)

(since your website is blocked by a maintenance page, it’s not possible for volunteers on this forum to review more details in source code.)
