    I installed Cartflows. When I go to edit the template I imported there are NO fields as seen in the template. When watching tutorials the fields for billing etc. apprear when imported, but this is what I see.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hello @thewildbonbon,

    It appears that the template did not import properly. Additionally, you can check the CartFlows form field editor to ensure that all form fields are enabled for both billing and shipping sections. Please review these settings and let us know your findings so that we can assist you further.

    Thanks Shravan. My issue was actually a plugin conflict. I do have another question. How can I change the spacing of my thank you page so the download product link is not so close to the row headings (which I would like to get rid of too, but don’t know how.)?

    Could I simply get rid of that part of the template and add a direct link to download the product instead?

    You can utilize custom CSS to adjust the spacing on your thank you page. After placing a test order on your website, I observed that you’ve customized the thank you page. Please refer to this screenshot: https://bsf.d.pr/i/3wjbtv.
