    Thanks. Unfortunately it turns out www.ads-software.com’s replication process has been slow over the last few days. They’ve had issues with new updates to plugins. Some of the symptoms include what you’re seeing – the update notice without any files being available. Unfortunately since we started the update process we can’t stop it so we have to let it run. I’m going to create a link to a page on our website and post a .zip file so you can upload the files directly to your site. I’ll post the link to this thread in a bit.

    I don’t know if you’re talking about same thing.
    I see this error in my logs and website gets error 500 after install v4 of your plugin.
    `FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Warning: require(/home/admin/web/happy.com.pt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/awesome-support/includes/functions-reply.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/admin/web/happy.com.pt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/awesome-support/awesome-support.php on line 422

    I apologize for the issues but we’re at the mercy of www.ads-software.com on this one. They’re aware of the issue and are working on it. I suspect mother’s day doesn’t make it any easier for the techs working on it either.

    Yeah, its the same issue. The TRUNK SVN files and the 4.0.0 tagged SVN files aren’t synced yet it seems.
