Missing files with special characters

    PHP ZipArchive and the format in which they are stored via JSON have issues on some OSes. It seems to be spotty at best. At the moment there isn’t a reliable way with free. Pro has access to shell_exec zip support which handles these issues. We have it on the todo to find a more solid work-a-round in free…

    Thanks, in this case I will purchase the Pro version.

    OS is Linux (Ubuntu).

    We do have a todo in the backlog to try and resolve with free, but with PHP ZipArchive and JSON it may not be doable without a different approach.
