Missing filters for wp_new_user_notification

    If SSO is enabled, the plugin overrides default wp_new_user_notification function. Unfortunately it does not include important filters:

    wp_new_user_notification_email_admin
    wp_new_user_notification_email

    Can you please implement (copy from the WordPress Core)?
