    Hi there, firstly great plugin.

    I am doing accessibilty testing and it comes back with ‘Missing form label’ with the code below highlighted as the line where this is missing.

    <input?type=”checkbox”?name=”item__4__fluent_checkme_”?value=”1″?tabindex=”-1″?style=”display: none !important;”>

    The actual dropdowns have labels but how do I add a label to the form itself as to not fail the standards.

    I get the same error for a regular contact form (no drop-downs)

    I am proficient enough to add this code manually if need be.

    Thanks!
    Sheree

    Hi @shereewalker,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will forward it to our developers so they will fix the accessibility issue in the future updates.

    Currently, you cannot add the code manually as the plugin’s UI is built using VueJS and the code is compiled and minified for the production site.

    Thank you!
