• Couldn’t access our site clanhannay.org today; it returned the following warning and error message, which seem to imply a missing functions file for the social network plugin.

Was there recently an update that caused this to occur?

I ended up disabling the Social Networks Autoposter by renaming the folder. Site now works again, but without the autoposting functionality. Any insights as to why it doesn’t work? Are there any known conflicts with other plugins? We recently added the “Stop Spammers” plugin. Could that have done it?

If you look at the official plugin code, it does have nxs_functions_wp.php in the /inc/ subfolder.

    Here:

Since you are getting that error this file is missing from your server. Please delete (do not rename, please delete) your plugin folder and install plugin from the official source. Please upload all plugin files.

PS: Deleting plugin folder will not remove or anyhow affect your settings and/or configured networks.

Thanks – Any thoughts as to what could have caused the file to be deleted? It was working until we started getting the error yesterday. Just want to make sure it doesn’t occur again if we can help it!
