Missing functions in create/edit post

    I have two different WordPress blogs. In one of them, when I create a new post, under the main editing window, I see Excerpt, Send Trackbacks, Custom Fields, etc.

    In the other one, I don’t see any of those things, and I’m not sure why. Is there someplace to turn those on and off?
