• Hello,

no matter what I do, there is one account which is not possible to authorize. I have around 10 accounts in my GA but one is missing completely after I authorize your plugin. Which is quite problematic. The rest is there but one is missing no matter what I do. In both GA and GA4.

Can you debug it or what do you need to work on it?

    Thank you.

    Best,

    Karel

PS: We were using GAinWP Google Analytics Integration for WordPress but even there I can see that the authorization is not correct. But most likely it is somehow somewhere cached and still shows correct number in the dashboard.

But on our other website we had to remove GAinWP Google Analytics Integration for WordPress because the stats were showing error 23. So we put there this new plugin and at that site it works fine.

    So it’s all weird.

    Hi,

Try to authorize with all other plugins disabled and see how it goes.

Also it would be a good idea to enable wp_debug and check for possible errors in the error log.

let me know how it goes.

    Hi Alin,

we have our own error logs and there is nothing. The problem is that the authorization finishes without any visible problem BUT one account where I am the admin and I double checked it now is missing. I even tried to give another user (emai) in GA the admin rights, signed in to our wordpress and tried to reauthorize. No luck, the domain spots4kite.com is not there at all. All the others authorized in the past are still there and visible but this one is not.

I don’t know if there is another page, settings or API access which I can check but right now it seems that one domain is simply ignored when showing the list of domains to choose from…

    Best,

is this a new property or was it used before?

Also, are you 100% sure that it’s properly configured? The GA3 account should have at least one property and view and the GA4 one should have at leat a measurement id with an web stream.

Have you tried authorizing with all other plugins disabled as previously sugested?

Sure it is and it was working before. See here https://imgur.com/a/BFopNni

I tried to use the troubleshooting mode now just with your plugin, no luck though…

Isn’t there some other settings or something in google admin (who knows where) where I could check it?

It works with monsterinsights so the problem must be definitely on your end. I just added new image to the link above showing it.

The only thing is some sort of conflict since on the other site works fine, IMHO.

I believe there was some change in the authorization process which is not fully integrated here… Both plugins mentioned above made by you (I believe) have problems. I disabled the first one and now it’s impossible to connect it correctly as well. The domain and GA is simply missing.

And as I said, monsterinsights works fine.

I looked a bit over the code and there’s nothing I could find.

Could you compare the settings of a working account with the one not working, maybe you will spot some setup differences. If you find any, let me know, and I will try to replicate it.

Settings is the same, I don’t know what’s wrong. Other plugins work however I liked your simple dashboard. Well, we just have to get used to another plugin though…
