• Dear Folks,
    it seems that there’s a small issue regarding customizr and the german language. Complete theme is in German – instead of the little sentence “leave a comment”. And: “… thoughts on” instead of the german translation.
    I had a look inside the .po-file of the theme and added some missing translations (yes, of course I sent it to Nicolas afterwards) – but the two terms weren’t inside this translation file.
    Then I had a look inside the .po-file of WordPress. There they are translated correctly.
    Any idea what’s going on and how to solve this problem?
    Thanks a lot in advance,
    BR
    Bernd

    Hi @bernd-torba,
    I just fixed the issue for v3.1.25.
    The problem was that this sentence was assigned to the customizr translation domain (thus not handled by the WP domain translation list) but it was actually not listed in the translated strings.

    Thanks for this contribution!
    Enjoy your day

    I can’t see thisnew update in my dashboard – is it released yet nikeo?

    I have the same issue with Swedish, and the problem is still there with 3.2.8.

    See example on https://www.donostia.se/artiklar/fran-paella-till-gilda-pintxons-historia/

    Maybe someone could write a filter function for us to replace the text manually meanwhile? I’ve tried to myself, but comments.php just looks to different for me to get my head around it. ??

    You know, something like:

    function comment_reform ($arg) {
    $arg['title_reply'] = __('Submit a comment, but in German:');
    return $arg;
    }
    add_filter('comment_form_defaults','comment_reform');

    Same problem here, but in italian.
    “leave a comment”. And: “… thoughts on” are still in english, everything else is in italian. The .po file in my customizr directory seems right, what is the problem?

    Thanks for reporting this. I’ll work on a fix for the next release.
    Cheers

    Thank you nikeo! However, the update last week was no effective on the problem… I still have the issue. Is there a way to change the string manually?

    The issue is still there in Swedish. I’ve tride to figure it out how to translate it myself but it’s kinda difficult. Beside the “leave a comment”-sentence… the sentences about which categories and tags the post belong too are too not translated into Swedish. They are still in English. Visit my page on https://idooh.se/nya-idooh-se-ar-igang to see it.

    Thank you for a great theme and support!
    Cheerio!

    Wow, with the last update the problem was solved! Thank you very much for your work ??
