Missing “Group Documents” menu item under the “Settings” menu

Hi. I’m running an up-to-date multisite WordPress install. I installed and network-activated the plug-on. There now should be be a “Group Documents” menu item under the “Settings” menu. But there isn’t: not under the network Settings, not under the main site Settings, not under the subsites’ Settings. Any ideas? Otherwise my site is working fine.
