    WordPress 6.4.2, Elementor 3.18.2, Hello theme 2.9.0

Although the hamburger icon displays while editing content in all three views on my PC, it does not display on mobile or tablet devices once published (checked iPad and iPhone.) It is however functional if I tap on the screen area where it should be displayed (but isn’t), the vertical menu opens. And it will close to a missing icon.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi. Thanks for reaching out to us.

In order to troubleshoot the hamburger menu issue, please check the following:

    1. Make sure the Elementor settings for mobile and tablet display are configured correctly. Check that the widget’s visibility is not toggled to be hidden on mobile and tablet devices (Advanced tab > Responsive > Visibility).
    2. If the visibility is not set to “Hide”, try toggling this on and off and then saving the page/template.
    3. If you are using any mobile optimization plugins, they might be affecting the visibility of the menu. Try deactivating any optimization plugins to see if this resolves the issue.
    4. Deactivate other plugins one by one and check if the issue persists. Sometimes, conflicts between plugins can lead to unexpected behavior. If deactivating a specific plugin resolves the issue, you can narrow down the conflict and find an alternative or contact the plugin developer for support.
    5. Ensure that you are using the latest versions of Elementor and WordPress. Outdated software can sometimes lead to compatibility issues. Before updating, make sure to back up your site to avoid any potential complications.
    6. Confirm that your theme is compatible with the latest version of Elementor. Try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme to see if the issue persists.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind Regards,

Thank you for your response. Below are comments to your suggestions. (And I have not changed the color of the menu to the same as my background header color, in case anyone is thinking that may be the problem.)

    1. I don’t see any advanced tab in the WordPress Appearance>Menus. In Elementor while editing a specific page under the Advanced tab> Responsive> is a link to update to the paid version. “Visibility” is not an option. I’m working with the free version. Is updating the only way to check it? And how would it have been changed?
    2. See 1 above
    3. None used. Only active plugins are Elementor and WP Elementor Importer. I presume the preloaded plugin “Limited Login Attempts” should not be deactivated.
    4. See 3.
    5. The top of my post lists the current versions of which all are the latest.
    6. The theme is Elementor’s Hello theme, which is also mentioned at the top of my post.
