    Hi,

Sometimes the header of an export file is missing. All content is just in the file except the header. It seems to occur more often the older the feed definition is. When you make a copy of an existing feed config it’s working again for a few weeks and then coming back.

Is this a known issue and can this be solved?

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Yes, every now and then some of users are experiencing this. Although we cannot reproduce it it seems to be happening when feeds get stuck processing and can be solved by changing the batch size of the plugin.

How many products sit in your feed / WooCommerce store?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

The feed contains about 3450 rows.

What can I do exactly to fix this?

Can you change the plugin batch size to 500 and see if that makes a difference? See this blog post on how to do so:

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer needed I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our help.
