Missing Header in Sugar & Spice Pro

    I just uploaded the Pro version of this wonderful theme; however, upon doing so I have lost all of the formatting in my previous version of the same theme (the basic version available for free through WordPress) I just want to get my organizations name back up in the header “Macon County Care Network” like I had it originally above the tagline “bridging the gaps during times of crisis”…please advise!!!

    p.s. I had hoped that with downloading the Pro version of this theme, I would have more options available to change the color from baby blue to match the darker blue in our logo (see website) is this possible? Or how might I go about doing this in Custom CSS?
