Missing hints / infos / CTA for viewers

Hi,

to rewrite and redesign a plugin after some years is always a good idea. ?? Thx for your work!

But i’m really missing are the hints / infos for the viewers. They might see the stars, but without knowing what to do, most of them will interact with them. In prior versions theier was a call to action (CTA) i.e. “Please rate!” and an information what the numbers beside the stars mean. So could you please add these two fields (like in version 2.x) again?
