"Missing HTTP Response"

I installed the Google AdWords Remarketing plugin and then inserted the tag, but using the Google Tag assistant in Chrome, I’m finding that the script itself isn’t executing: https://support.google.com/tagassistant/answer/2978937?ref_topic=2947092#http_response

… regardless of how many times I re-do it.

Any idea what’s going on?
