I’m having an issue with this plugin and I can’t figure out why. I have 2 identical XP Pro desktop’s and one shows the default social media icons correctly but the other computer only shows the text. Both machines are running the same version of Firefox but getting two different results. I tried it on my laptop with Firefox and it is also missing the icons.

I also tried using MS Edge v83.0.478.50 on the laptop and I got boxes for icons but at least something tried to show up. Still not correct. I’m going to guess and say this started around v9 of the plugin. I rolled back to v9 and it didn’t fix the issue. I hope you can help … TIA

Thank you @dms222 for reaching out.
I had a look on your website and could see there are several errors when loading files – especialy with Contact Form 7. The file /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/css/styles.css?ver=5.4.1 and /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/js/index.js?ver=5.4.1 are showing a 409 error.
Those errors are blocking the svg files to load, which are the icons of the contact bar.
Try it yourself and open your website. In another tab of the same browser load the file https://www.digitalmusicservices.com/wp/wp-content/plugins/speed-contact-bar/public/assets/images/phone_bright.svg. Afterwards switch to the previous tab and reload the page. You will see the icons appear, now.
To see the errors on your page you need to open the developer tools of your browser.
Please let me know if this helps.
