Hi, Images are not showing up in your otherwise beautiful category slider.
Example is currently at the top of the page at: https://odditylane.com/shops/mr-meeks-odditorium/

We have disable other plugins to see if there is a conflict.
Could someone please inspect our images to see what might be the problem.

Is this a problem that the pro version might fix?

    Thank you,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,
Please try disabling Image Cropping feature from General Settings and check if all of your products image show up. Because image cropping feature may create the problem if your product image size is smaller than the cropping size and you do not enable image Upscaling option. If you would like to use cropping feature, please make sure cropping width and height are not larger than the images size.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or issues.

Thank you. Disabling image cropping in the carousel/slider plugin does allow images to appear. However, they are all very different sizes now.

See top slider “LATEST PRODUCTS”: https://odditylane.com/shops/mr-meeks-odditorium/

NOTE: I did set resize settings to smaller than original image sizes. I tried 200×200 and even 100×100. Images would still disappear.

Doing an inspection on one of the images reveals that the plugin we use for bringing in affiliate ads and creating our product pages is linking directly to the original Amazon images.
    Here is an example: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/61-jn3cRzcL.jpg

Could this be why the images disappear when your plugin tries to resize them?
The carousel/sliders being used on the same page (https://odditylane.com/shops/mr-meeks-odditorium/) can resize images with no problems; as can be seen.

Any ideas on how to successfully resize?

    Thank you,

    Hi,
Can you please contact us via our website’s Contact form? I think we need to discuss the details a bit more to get to the bottom of this.
