Missing images, JS Error and Child Theme

Upon a fresh install of Bizway 1.6, the install seems to be missing three image files and has a JS error. The missing files are menuarow.png, footer-border.png, and arrow.png.

The JS error message is “Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘validate'” on line 11 of the custom.js file.

I also re-downloaded ver 1.6 and checked the zip file for the missing images to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
