Missing images on multisite after autoupgr

And when I turn of the plugin all images are back… (turned off now)

Sorry for the late reply. I can replicate the similar issue, But still need to check in detail it seems regarding image hotlinking.

You can remove in .htaccess contents between below two lines and cross check? If it works there?

#AIOWPS_PREVENT_IMAGE_HOTLINKS_START
#AIOWPS_PREVENT_IMAGE_HOTLINKS_END

If yes then you can go to Firewall > Prevent hot links > and disable /enable image hotlink once.

I have resolved the issue found.

Can you please download the below plugin zip file and try update the plugin ?

Then go to Firewall > Prevent hot links > Enable image hot links. ( if enabled try disable and enable ) and check subsite image should not be missing. If still issue let me know.

Alternatively, You can untick the checkbox “Prevent image hotlinking” from Admin Dashboard > WP Security (menu) > Firewalll (submenu) > Prevent hotlinks (tab) and save settings.

I think it is a more prominent solution.

I have resolved the found issue of multi site image prevent hotlinks,
please cross check by updating plugin from below.

If still issue you can disable the “Prevent image hotlinking” from Admin Dashboard > WP Security (menu) > Firewalll (submenu) > Prevent hotlinks (tab) as prashant said.
