Missing Info Leaves Commas

For some of the properties listed, I don’t necessarily have all the “regular” information that is in the property details. Sometimes we list multiple land tracts, and we don’t use a property address.

Is there a way I can edit the property details form? Leaving the areas blank causes random commas on the details page. How can I get rid of these?

Any suggestions? I’m new to wordpress, but trying to understand.
