Missing information on donation form?

  • Hello,

    I have been trying to set up seamless donations on my charity word press site.
    When I test the donation form by filling in my own information and click donate, an information box comes up that says:

    “Some required information is missing or invalid. Please complete the fields highlighted in red”.

    As far as I can tell I have completed all of the necessary fields and there is no red highlight around any info box.

    Please can someone tell me what is/ where I am going wrong?

  • I am having the same problem, except that I have deliberately left out some required information. When I submit, I get a message in a popup box saying that some required information is missing or invalid, that that I need to “complete the fields highlighted in red.”

    However, no fields are highlighted in red.
