Hello — I recently helped my client with an emergency server migration. Everything went well, but it appears the jetpack site id from the old website didn’t make the transition. After about a dozen years they had amassed quite a following, and my clients are obviously feeling pretty anxious about the situation.

We’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting the plugin via a number of profiles, but the new configuration is persistent, and the old data is nowhere to be found. Is there a tool or method that can help me locate and migrate this lost subscription data?

    The website is https://www.goodfoodrevolution.com

    Hi, there.

We can definitely look into this for you.

I do see at one point that you were using “goodfoodrev.com/v2dev” as a URL on your account, but I’m not positive if this was where goodfoodrevolution.com was being worked on during the migration or if it’s truly related.

Would you be able to provide any other domains or URLs that this site used previously (including development or temporary ones, http to https, www or non-www)? That way I can merge the stats and subscribers from the “old” versions of the URL to the current one? Thanks!
