Missing layout

Hello, I use generatepress theme, In my Blog page on right side bar I want to put custom design newsletter subscriber form, and I choose Genesis eNews Extended, I setup everything properly,connect mailchimp form action link also, and it’s works fine, but the lay out of genesis enews is missing, how i fix it.
