missing line/paragraph breaks in emails from form plugin

    Mails automatically generated by WordPress are formatted as usual with line and paragraph breaks, but emails coming from form plugin (in this case, Ninja Forms) are not. Wondering if this issue has occurred and what the solution might be. Since emails formatted correctly with the last email plugin used, thought I would ask here first before pursuing with form developer. Thanks in advance.

    Without any detailed information it’s hard to say what could be the issue.
    Can you post some screenshots of examples? Can you please try this using only the two plugins. Do you use any kind of SMTP plugin?

    Hi Julian,

    I can no longer use the earlier plugin. It had not been maintained and was removed from the plugin directory. I have a number of screenshots, not sure how to upload them here. I can happily send them to you.
    I am using WP Mail SMTP Pro on this site.

    @JSanke,

    you can email support(at)codemiq.com. One thing you can try is to use Post SMTP for testing only using the necessary plugins, deactivating the rest. If the issue still persists I will need more information, then I would ask you to send as an email.

    Hello JSnake,

    I have replied to your mail and tested Ninja Forms with HTML Mail.
    There are no issues or errors when using the two plugins on a fresh install.

    The error must be conneted to another plugin or your specific mail set up.
