Missing Links tools in new site

  • Hello,
    I just created a new website using the ClearLine theme by Vatuma, and my dashboard has no Links tool – the standard WP dashboard. Further, there’s no Blogroll option in Widgets.
    Is this something new in the latest WP? How can I display links?
