Missing logical option – check particular plugins or theme

  • Hi developer,

    your plugin is great and handy, but at current settings is quite useless. Checking takes long because of timeouts and most of the WP installations does not have option to change with Webhosting server settings (WH provider usually force to buy expensive full server control).

    So my request is easy to implement and quite logical. Please add option (checklist) of which plugins will be tested and also option to skip plugin and check only theme.

    This is natural and I would expect this to be basic feature of your great plugin. Therefore I am looking to see it in following version.

    Hi Pavel,

    This is a good idea! The plugin is currently designed to work with timeouts though, so it shouldn’t be necessary to change the server settings. After a timeout the process will pick back up using a WP Cron, so if the site’s WP Cron isn’t running the process will get stuck. You can read more about this here under #6:
