Missing "Manage Templates" Option

After update to WordPress 4.1.4, I lost access to “Edit Stylesheet” and “Manage Templates”.
I had to change CAP settings in lines number 74 e 80 of file “/wp-content/plugins/wp-filebase/classes/AdminLite.php”.
