Missing Media Library and Link Broken

Dear All,
I don’t know what happen with my site but suddenly the database is crash, I repaired wp_options table using phpmyadmin tool and suddenly all images on media is gone but the weird part is the image file still exist on the folder /wp-content/uploads.

Another case is all links I put on my post is broken, I don’t know but all my link inserted with this code \” and end with \”
